Digital products:
All sales are final once the download link is delivered.
Duplicate payments or access issues will be refunded within 7 days.
Physical products (if offered):
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Customer pays return shipping unless the product is defective.
